Hi I am in need of a dial glass for a Philips 465. It sits out the top of the radio, see www.radiomuseum.org/r/philips_465.htmlI would be happy with original, repro or even a good quality scan. You must be prepared to ship to Australia Will pay your price + post via paypal Thanks Ben

If you have no joy (they are worse than hens teeth to find) but you can get a good scan and some accurate measurements then I might be able to laser cut / engrave one in acrylic. Unfortunately I used to have this set with an intact dial but sold it a while back and never thought to scan the dial first. Here is one I did recently: nzvrs.freeforums.net/thread/170/gulbransen-7l-dial-replacementCheers, Steve

Thanks Steve. I hope something turns up, been chasing this for a while and as you can imagine finding parts for NZ radios over here is challenging! Cheers Ben

In all fairness, finding a dial glass for any of the models with those exposed dials is challenging anywhere... They are rare because they were exposed. Either the ink is worn off from a mix of UV and handling, or they are simply broken.
And yep, I should have been long asleep, but I was working on vintageradio.co.nz while watching episodes of Hogans Heroes and kind of got carried away... I didn't even realise it was so late!
Cheers, Steve
