I am wanting a meter movement to replace the faulty one in my AVO MkIV VCM. An old multimeter or similar would be ideal. F.S.D. is unimportant as I can fit an op-amp interface to match it. Can anyone help please? Thanks

Photo attached. The meter is 100mm wide but the actual dimensions are not critical. As long as I can fit the movement into the case, I can adjust the pointer length & movement balance to suit. The original movement is 30 micro-amps but that too is not critical. Mounting is 26mm c/c. Don't know why the image is upside down but you can see the mounting studs.

Problem sorted. Now I have to build an opamp interface to match it to the AVO.

Thanks for the link. I have very successfully completed a movement transplant with an op-amp interface. Article in latest mag.
