Hi,
Would anyone please help me with a schematic diagram of a Tisco Signal Tracer model H22 ?
It is quite a dag, and has a ECC82 and EL95 valves.
Thanks very much!

Do you have any photos of the unit? In my early days I worked for a couple of TV repair outfits but never graced the halls of Tisco. If it's got tubes in it then I'd say it's a very early piece of kit and if there was any kind of documentation for it way back then it's probably long gone now. You may have to trace it out by hand.

What a very cool piece of kit. Made by Tisco for NZ Railways? Or did it perhaps just find its way there?
It almost looks like an apprenticeship piece - make your own test equipment. Although if they were selling them to other organisations perhaps they had small production runs of them.
When did Tisco start? Does anyone know?

That is a very cool piece of kit, and very much a unicorn. In my 40+ years of electronics I have never seen or heard of such a unit. Definitely made by Tisco, and the NZR sticker suggests it may have been used by them. As for the circuit, it looks like a simple two tube amplifier using a triode followed by an output pentode. I just re-read your initial post and my thoughts were correct based on the tubes you listed.
Won't be hard to draw the circuit for that. When did Tisco start? Does anyone know? TISCO started in 1960.
