Hi all - I somehow fell down a rabbit-hole while I was supposed to be doing something else and ended up reverse engineering the amp board from a transistorised Colt - 200,000 serial (there are 200,000 and 300,000 serial number series' for the Solid State Colt). Drawn in Inkscape which is not really what its for, but since the design is so 'organic' it suited the task better than an actual PCB design package. Can anyone confirm that the 200k and 300k serials are the MK1 and MK2 Solid State Colts? The last model with the horizontal dial is marked on the back panel as a MK3 Solid State Colt, I've never managed to confirm what the MK1 and MK2 were. I've got a 300k serial one here somewhere which I'll check some time - but if someone knows that might save me some head scratching. I had previously suspected that the battery Colt was the MK1 but I'm not so sure any more - I now think that was something completely separate. PN3565 - does anyone know what the equivalent of this one might be? In the MK3 its a BC549 but the biasing is different too. They are still available by the looks of things: www.digikey.co.nz/en/products/detail/central-semiconductor-corp/PN3565-PBFREE/4806939Also, if anyone has one and wants to double-check my work that would be appreciated. Cheers, Steve

Hi Steve
PN3565 and 2N3565 are both the same, common general purpose silicon transistor
