There's no telling or even guessing is there. $393.00 for a second hand GZ34! What's so special about a GZ34? oh that's right , they sound far better than any other tube. - I forgot briefly.

I’ve got a GZ37, maybe that’s worth even more !!! Oh- I forgot I don’t have “golden ears” that can tell the difference.

I have an idea that could make millions.
I would like to gather together a group of like minded radio enthusiasts so we can jointly develop a vacuum tube based electronic snake oil. My initial market research suggests that (with the right marketing approach and attractive packaging) investors will make an absolute killing from this product.

Brilliant! but there's a snag. I suspect none of us has "golden ears." I suppose if someone is silly enough to pay these prices then good luck to them.

Why does a single rectifier cost more than a complete cathedral radio? It doesn’t make sense! I’d better check my box of spare valves: I might be rich!

I don't want to sound mean, but I hope they don't sell.
