Many of you will be aware of Ron, through his work to preserve and promote the history of the Philco name and products. He wrote the bible when it comes to Philco products - his book on Philco Radios is a must-have for Philco collectors and restorers, and he also started the Philco Phorum, which is an invaluable resource.

I have just learned that Ron passed away on the 23rd of November - a sad loss to the Vintage Radio community worldwide.

RIP Ron.
