imgur.com/a/SpHlPYBI was going to post the pictures directly but to get decent readable resolution with these size pages the images were too large. I found them in the folder of documentation for the Columbus Radio Centre test equipment. It reminds me of the courses on valve operation I did in the RNZAF - I still have all those course books behind me in my bookshelf... I should scan them sometime, but its a very thick stack of books. Reading these 4 pages reminds me that I am a technician at best, and definitely not an electronics engineer. Just a tad too deep in the theory hole for my liking, but interesting nonetheless. I was all ok on page 1, but my eyes were watering by mid-page-2, on page 3 I skimmed and then page 4 caught my attention because I've seen this before - then spent a few minutes figuring out where - its very similar to the 75XA, 99 and 91XA output circuits. Anyway, a curiosity that may be interesting to some...

good stuff, when companies did inside training ! I was lucky enough to be one of the last to do Valve theory with the NZPO, though I didn't appreciate it at the time...
