Out of interest, did Radio Corp of N.Z. have a standard design for the Columbus ship logo on dials, decals and knobs? The attached pic from a "78" sleeve shows it in some detail but how accurate is it? Any comments ? Steve et al? Attachments:

Hi Bob, the short answer is no. I had a picture I put together a while back, which I annoyingly can't find right now, which had about 9 different ship logos used at various times. There were a couple that were predominant though, and the one you show is one of them...
On knobs though, they should be the same - although I have not actually done a thorough study of all the different sizes of knob yet... its on my list of things to do. I'm working through the 1937 chapter at the moment which was in the Philco-esque 'rosette knob' era.
