I'm just wondering if it's me or have the prices on trade me gone seriously bonkers recently? Do these people really think they are going to get $500 for a box of used valves or $189 for a white Bell Colt??
Any thoughts?

The prices are fickle... as are the buyers. I've seen white colts go for that much, and I've seen green ones barely make $30.
It's only money... and most of us will get some more next week...

Hi everyone, yes I thought that the asking price of $1240 for a Pacemaker valve car radio on Trade Me was a bit rich. But $82,000 ....Hmm.I guess the silver in the Pacemaker is probably confined to some of the mica capacitors.

Or a Sony Sw100 digital receiver for $999. I’ve got one of those maybe a should sell it as well ??. This is a tiny pocket sized radio.
